We support your organization with the proactive management of Benefits-driven change throughout the entire project and programme life-cycle. We support your organization in identifying the benefits it needs and support the initiation of changes by monitoring internal and external performance indicators that can predict benefits delivery.
We provide this service via three key activities:
- Define benefits management plan: We highlight how your benefits will be managed by setting out policies for to address project output and programme outcome measurement, roles and responsibilities, priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan benefits realisation: We support your organization in capturing baseline measurements and agreeing targets. Our benefits plan illustrates the timeline and milestones for realising benefits, including any dependencies on project outputs or interactions between benefits.
- Realise benefits: We support your organization in tracking realisation and ensure that the change is permanent. We will detail long-term actions and monitoring for continued realisation and document it as part of your project organization’s handover to business-as-usual.
- We generate your portfolio investment outcome;
- We generate benefit realisation data to support your portfolio decision making based on quantitative assessments;
- We generate an optimized plan that reduces waste and has acceptable levels of resource, risk, cost, quality and time.
